Her first book, Living Ayurveda, offers a comprehensive Ayurvedic cookbook and lifestyle guide. Claire works with clients around the globe and leads immersive workshops and retreats.

Education and Experience

Claire holds a BA in International Affairs, concentrating her initial work on sustainable agriculture development and nutrition. In 2009, she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which led her down a different path, moving from a life in policy towards a professional path of empowering individual well-being.

Over the last decade, Claire has deepened her work with additional studies and certifications in Ayurveda, Functional Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Non-Dual Tantra, and women’s health. She also writes and photographs for online and print publications surrounding topics of food, culture, and our relationship to nature. Read more about her trainings and credentials.

Events and Classes

Claire has published her first book, Living Ayurveda: Nourishing Body and Mind through Seasonal Recipes, Rituals and Yoga. This beautiful book is full of recipes, cooking tips, yoga sequences, seasonal rituals, and much more.

Claire is also offering a very special Living Ayurveda Immersion, a year-long program to experience Ayurveda in your daily life, season by season.

In addition, Claire teaches The Ayurvedic Kitchen, a four-week cooking course to learn the foundations of Ayurvedic cooking in an easy, approachable way.
