Suggested Use:
Place approximately 2–3 teaspoons (10–15 ml) of oil in the mouth and gently swish back and forth, occasionally pulling the oil through the teeth. Continue for at least a few minutes and up to twenty minutes. The longer you swish the greater the benefits. When finished, spit out the oil (do not swallow) and rinse the mouth with warm water. For best results, make this a regular part of your normal oral hygiene routine.
Twenty minutes may seem like a lot, but most find the investment of time worth it. Many people find it easy to fit into their routine by swishing while they shower, are getting dressed, or simply relaxing.
Keep out of the reach of children. If more than one dose is accidentally swallowed, seek professional advice immediately.
