When Soni Anderson first enrolled in the 500 hour Masters of Digestion Program, her stomach was on fire. She's since used the teachings of Ayurveda to heal her gut, quiet her mind, and understand her hunger. Learning the time-honored system of Ayurveda has taught her how to live more mindfully when it comes to food, her body and her health. Since Soni's graduation from the program, she's booked to teach workshops about Ayurveda and digestion in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa.
