If you only have access to frozen that should be fine. There are no hard and fast rules here!
Miss the working links under the Effect and Nutrient titles. Before the site redesign I I clicked on Folate or Potassium A definition would show, one of my fav features n reason why I use this as myGo-to Ayurveda site because it's so Informative. I hope you bring back thoseLinks. As of now some look like links but are reallyUnderlines and when I clicked on Foliate it took me to a list of foods but no def. when I clicked on a nutrient discription nothing happened. I miss those features.Happenedand some take to to a list of foods.
Thank you for your feedback. At the top of the page with a list of folate rich ingredients it says "LEARN MORE ABOUT FOLATE." If you click the word "folate" there, it will take you to the definition. Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing it.
Hi-Following your instruction I was happy to find the link 'LEARN MORE ABOUT FOLATE.' After clicking on that link it too me to another page listing foods that contain folate but I don't see a definition or any info on folate. I will look again. Appreciate your help and this amazing site.
