How Does This Ayurvedic Herb Supplement Improve Wellness?

Also known as Sat Isabgol in Ayurveda, this fiber supplement bulks up stool for easy, regular bowel movements. It contains ample soluble fiber.
Use Psyllium husk similarly to chia seeds. First you soak it in water overnight, extracting the demulcent soluble fiber. The water will turn thick and gooey. Then drink.
Psyllium husk is contraindicated for for clients with narrowing (stricture) in the GI tract, and for kidney disease.SUGGESTED USE1 tsp soaked in a cup of warm water for ten minutes or as directed by your practitioner.
