Loving participation makes it possible for us to transform the lives of others. It also brings greater opportunity for reconciliation. The Lord gathers while the devil scatters. Sometimes, however, individuals are plainly wrong and need forgiveness as well as correction, just as we need forgiveness and correction. In the Lord's Prayer (the Our Father), we ask forgiveness only according to measure of forgiveness we offer to others. The virtue of piety expresses gratitude to those who gave us life: God, family and country. While we may struggle with each of these things, it is also important to acknowledge that we derive our existence and identity from these as well. About the Author
John Immel, the founder of Joyful Belly, teaches people how to have a healthy diet and lifestyle with Ayurveda biocharacteristics. His approach to Ayurveda is clinical, yet exudes an ease which many find enjoyable and insightful. John also directs Joyful Belly's School of Ayurveda, offering professional clinical training in Ayurveda for over 15 years.John's interest in Ayurveda and specialization in digestive tract pathology was inspired by a complex digestive disorder acquired from years of international travel, as well as public service work in South Asia. John's commitment to the detailed study of digestive disorders reflects his zeal to get down to the roots of the problem. His hope and belief in the capacity of each & every client to improve their quality of life is nothing short of a personal passion. John's creativity in the kitchen and delight in cooking for others comes from his family oriented upbringing. In addition to his certification in Ayurveda, John holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Harvard University.

Have difficulty dealing with Christian religion,past history of crimes against humanity, Inquisition,Genocide and to the present day. How they spend so much time,energy,money to harm other's they disagree with. Do not trust around my home or family. When I have given some chances at trust and friendship,including some family members. They have caused harm even emotional harm.
How can one deal with this let it go and find peace?
Christ himself suffered these persecutions, crimes which are not unique to Christian society but all nationalities, religions and races. It seems that humans harm one another, even religious humans. Christ's love itself transcends the hatred and suffering of religious persecution, and remains a model for modern Christians of unconditional love, even if the modern "Pilgrim Church" is unable to duplicate His example. If it is true that humans harm one another, even members of the same family, then the ability to love unconditionally must include the ability to love both the oppressor and oppressed. Great question.
